  1. How do I get your catalogue(s)?  
  Catalogues are normally airmailed but if these are required urgently please give us your FedEx, DHL or UPS or any other reputed international courier account number..  
     
  2. How to get samples?  
  Samples are important for approval in order to conclude any business. We will be glad to send a reasonable amount of samples (both in value and weight) free of cost by airmail. However, if these are required urgently we can send it through FedEx, DHL or UPS or any other reputed international courier, for which please provide us your account number. Samples of greater value or if the number of samples are more we will charge a nominal amount.  
     
  3. What is your minimum order?  
  Any order with a F.O.B. value of US$ 1,500.00 or over is preferable and will be accepted without any additional charges (like bank charges, custom and forwarding charges etc.). Orders below US$ 1,500.00 in F.O.B. value will attract a charge of US$ 50.00.

    - 100% advance by wire transfer or bank draft for a small order.  
    - For bigger orders 25% in advance and balance 75% prior to shipment or documents through your bank for balance payment.  
    - Letter of Credit at sight.  
    - Terms of payment may be changed with mutual consent subject to our getting permission from our government.
