Mechanical stage may be attached to any standard 
microscope by means of 2 clamp screws set at 90º to each 
other. X and Y axis movements are controlled by a rack and 
pinion mechanism and run along a graduated millimeter 
scale. A spring clip is provided for holding the slide firmly.
